This white bodycon dress is such an essential wardrobe piece. It's such a basic and easy to style piece, but will small stripes to add an element of texture. This can be styled two ways: keeping it simple or hello colour. Keep it simple with some statement earrings or a cuff, add a black clutch and some lace up sandals (pictured bottom left). To style with colour, add choose a statement necklace, some coloured heels and a patterned clutch (pictured bottom right).

A tasseled skirt is a perfect wardrobe item for Summer. Choosing one in black makes it a more versatile item. When styling a tasseled skirt it is guaranteed to be your statement piece. However you can style it with a statement necklace or earrings, as there will be enough space between statement pieces. Below I have taken some Summer and festival inspiration by adding a haltered angled crop, body chain, patterned clutch and some simple black sandals. Adding something like an angled crop will add another dimension to an outfit.

It's time for a bit of preppy. I purchased a skirt from Boohoo in this fabric a while ago and it has been one of my favourite items ever since. The colours are absolutely gorgeous and the fabric DOESN'T NEED IRONING. Yes that's right, the lazy girls perfect preppy fabric. Hopefully it will be the same with this dress. When styling this dress stick to necklaces that sit higher and create a V shape to work seamlessly with the sweetheart neckline. When choosing colours to accessorise with, always pick a colour that is used the least in the fabric and bring it out. In this case it would be the cornflower blue shade. Below I've tried to keep the styling feminine, elegant and with a touch of colour. This is a perfect look for Summer.
